A converted French farmhouse in the centre of the traditional village of Saint Martin de Belleville, Chalet Ferme 1779 welcomes up to 10 adults and 5 children for a family summer holiday to the Alps. Brimming with character, with a unique mix of renovated features and stylish luxury furnishings, the chalet exudes modern Alpine charm in abundance.
This luxury chalet in Saint Martin de Belleville retains many of its original characteristics, most apparent in the capacious open-plan living area on the top floor, that occupies the former barn. Underneath a monumental vaulted ceiling of exposed timber beams, with a charming traditional fireplace at its heart, you will find lounge, dining and kitchen areas of a bright, contemporary style. Half the space is occupied by plush, modern lounge seating, while the other half of the floor is filled by a spacious wooden dining table and a smart, well-equipped kitchen. At either end of this airy room, you will find expansive windows that open out onto balconies, allowing you to enjoy the Alpine air, along with breathtaking views down the Belleville valley.
Chalet Ferme 1779 contains a stylish area of wellness and relaxation, the ideal space to unwind after a day exploring the mountains of Saint Martin de Belleville in summer. A central relaxation space sits adjacent to the comforting warmth of a large sauna and revitalising benefits of the chalet's Hammam.
The chalet includes six bedrooms overall, sleeping 10 adults and 5 children. The bedrooms are all furnished in a modern, Alpine style, with sleek wooden interiors and soft beds, providing you with an inviting space to retire to at the end of the day. There are five double bedrooms, including a Master suite on the ground floor, with the final room a children's dormitory-style bedroom, with three single beds and a bunk bed that will sleep up to 5. All bedrooms have access to a private or en-suite shower room, with the Master bathroom including a luxurious roll top bath.
Guests of Chalet Ferme 1779 will also have use of the laundry room and boot room, for washing clothes and storing summer activity equipment.

Chalet Ferme 1779 is located in the very heart of Saint Martin de Belleville, with amazing views down the valley and in an excellent position to the resort amenities.
The Saint Martin 1 gondola is an easy 10 minute walk up the road from the chalet, transporting you up the mountain to a wide variety of trails, both of the hiking and biking variety.
The chalet is in an exceptional position in the very centre of the village. It sits practically next door to the village square, where the tourist office, the nearest bars, restaurants, supermarket can be found, as well as the Eglise de Saint Martin de Belleville. Several more shops, restaurants, and bars can be found leading up to the gondola station.
