Chalet Julisam is an ultra luxury chalet in the Austrian village of Leogang, sleeping 20 guests across its 10 bedrooms in two adjacent buildings. Designed with minimalism at its core, the elegant style of the chalet shines through. Bright and spacious interiors gaze through a stunning glass facade that floats above the magnificent mountain scenery of Leogang. The chalet consists of two buildings, with the main building's living space a testament to the architectural marvels of this impressive property. A revolving seating area allows you to be the audience to the panoramic beauty of nature, before rotating to experience the majesty of the chalet, where a self-playing Yamaha grand piano will provide a concert performance. Both the main building and guest building of Chalet Julisam feature 10 person dining tables, perfectly positioned to take advantage of the views while you dine on delicious culinary delicacies.

The outside spaces to Chalet Julisam are expertly crafted to allow you to make the most of an Alpine summer holiday. Expansive terraces and balconies soak up the sunshine, with alfresco dining areas and lounge seating with a firepit the perfect spots to relax. A garden extends between the balcony of the two buildings, with further outdoor space brilliantly utilised by facilities that make Chalet Julisam a prime location for family summer holidays to Austria. With over 400m² of space, children will be delighted by the two outdoor playgrounds, slides and sandpit, while trampolines sunken into the ground and a small football pitch will entertain guests of all ages.

A haven for a soothing spa getaway, Chalet Julisam's exceptional wellness area in the main building will be sure to transport you to a world of heavenly bliss. A 14 meter indoor swimming pool, 6-person hot tub and 2 KLAFS designer saunas offer a variety of relaxation experiences. Kids will be thrilled by the hot water floor jets and interactive virtual aquarium. Heading on an active summer holiday in Leogang? The gym facilities will aid warm-ups and cool downs before and after a day of mountain exploration, while the indoor bouldering wall is the perfect place to get the practice in before heading off to one of the 1000+ climbing routes in the Steinberge climbing region.

Also on the wellness floor is a spacious chalet cinema room, where a virtual starry sky over Leogang will have you enraptured even before you put a movie on. A stainless steel pool table, table football and multiple games consoles will have guests involved in some friendly inter-chalet competitions, while Wehrfritz playhouses will let little one's imaginations run wild.

Chalet Julisam has 10 bedrooms, sleeping up to 20 guests in a world of heavenly luxury. The bedrooms are harmonious with the natural world outside, with high-quality original artworks and decor that replicates the natural surroundings of the mountains, lakes and the horizon. The utilisation of gold adds a touch of opulence in these capacious suites of lavish style. Everything has been thought of in these rooms to maximise comfort and convenience. Every bedroom has the luxury of blackout curtains and sound-insulated doors, allowing for total privacy. The beds can all be height-adjusted, and each one hides a retractable television at its foot. Eight of the double bedrooms are complete with en-suite bathrooms, with the large family suite sharing one between its two separate rooms.

There are 10 underground parking spaces available for guests staying in Chalet Julisam, in addition to an elevator for ease of access between floors. The chalet also has air-conditioning throughout.

Chalet Julisam is not just a sensational retreat of abundant facilities and ultimate luxury, but also an eco-friendly one. The chalet generates its own electricity through solar panels and geothermal heat pumps, with triple thermal insulation glazing maintaining temperature within the chalet. This means Chalet Julisam can run a completely CO₂-free operation. A small portion of your booking fee will also go towards a charity organisation that aims to help families who are less fortunate.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 20 guests on a Fully-Staffed basis, to include services of a private chef for breakfast lunch and dinner preparations, service staff, in-resort chauffeur and daily housekeeping. Food and drink charged in addition.

The chalet can also be booked on an accommodation only basis, where you can design an à la carte package as desired.
