Chalet Black Diamond is stylish and modern, expertly utilising natural materials such as light woods in a sleek, sharp, open-plan design. Spread over three floors, encompassing 300m² of interior space, the chalet features an innovative architectural style, with the main living areas covering the majority of the ground floor. A sumptuous corner lounge sofa sits in front of the fireplace in a space that opens up to double-height ceilings and expands outwards, with three colossal windows that flood the room with natural light and treat you to wondrous views of the Mont Blanc mountain range. Further on from the lounge you will find the live-edge dining table, ideal for a group dinner, which can be prepared in the smart fully-equipped kitchen that sits behind the lounge and dining areas.
Encircling Chalet Black Diamond is its spacious garden area, the reason Chalet Black Diamond excels as a summer chalet in Chamonix. Whether a picnic on the grass or alfresco dining on the wooden terrace, with meals provided from the BBQ while surrounded by some of the most stunning mountain peaks as your backdrop, Chalet Black Diamond is a truly exceptional spot to make the most of the Alps in summer.
Additionally, the garden area is home to the chalet's outdoor hot tub, where after a day of hiking in Chamonix you can unwind with a well-deserved soak. Head inside, to the basement level of Black Diamond, and you will find a tranquil spa area with giant sauna, where there is ample room for all 8 guests of the chalet to enjoy the health benefits together.
Further to the wellness room, Chalet Black Diamond's basement features a sizeable TV lounge, with plush corner sofa, big screen and sound system set-up, well-equipped for a movie night or keeping little ones entertained before bed. An open, indoor balcony overlooks the living areas and also features an office space, ideal for those needing to complete any extra work while away on their Chamonix summer holiday.
Chalet Black Diamond can accommodate up to 8 guests in total, spread between 4 double bedrooms. These refined suites are bright and modern, with comfortable beds and lots of natural light. Two of the double rooms can also be taken as twin, and all of them include luxurious en-suite shower rooms, one of which also has a bathtub. Three of the bedrooms occupy the top floor of the chalet, with the other one found on the ground floor beside the main living areas.
The chalet has an outdoor mazot, where you can store equipment for biking, hiking and other summer activities in Chamonix. There are also laundry facilities in the chalet.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with mid-stay housekeeping.
When fully catered, prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 8 guests and is offered with full gourmet catering, complimentary drinks selection and daily housekeeping. Smaller group discounts apply.

Black Diamond is situated in a fantastic position for an activity-filled summer holiday in Chamonix. Located right beside Chamonix Golf Club, the chalet presents a great option for those looking for a golf holiday in the Alps! Alternatively, Black Diamond is in close proximity to a number of hiking trails in the Chamonix Valley, from which you can join behind the forest at the end of the road, ideal for a walking holiday. Conveniently, the chalet is also only 2 minutes away from Flégère, a 10-minute drive to Argentière and 15 minutes to Le Tour.
For those wishing to venture into Chamonix's lively, cosmopolitan centre, guests will be able to make the most of a range of bars, restaurants and shops via a 5-minute drive from Black Diamond. The centre also features a number of things to do in Chamonix, including the Aiguille du Midi cable car.
For those without access to a car during their stay, the closest bus stop is 350m away from the chalet.

When taken fully catered, a quality chef and host will be provided, so your group can enjoy a luxurious catered break to include daily breakfasts and afternoon tea, followed by canapés and a 4-course dinner, on 6 evenings.
If you don't wish to utilise the fully catered package, several additional services are available, alongside the self-catered stay, for your enhanced comfort. The following list highlights the additional services available. Please note, all prices are approximate and are subject to change.
Breakfast service: from €35/person per day. (Minimum 6 guests)
​Evening meal with Private chef : From €390 for up to 12 guests. Food and drink charged at cost in addition. Chalet hosts are available to help with setting up/ clearing the table, and serving food and drinks. Chalet hosts are required for groups of more than 6 guests at €35/h.
Informal Catering Package: If you are looking for a more laid back approach to a catered chalet holiday in the Alps, then this heartfelt package could be more suited to your needs. Daily continental buffet laid out, 3-course meals served on 4 evenings (buffet style or on family sharing serving platters), wine with dinner and daily housekeeping will be included. €595 per person per week.
Additional Housekeeping: €35/h. Min 3h for 3-4 bedroom chalets, min 4h for 5-6 bedroom chalets.

Driver Service: To maximise your stay, why not add on a driver service to help you get about during your trip. There are various options available, whether you are looking for a private driver on stand-by or one or two drop-offs per day at set times.
