Summer in the Alps is all about wide open skies and enjoying that fresh mountain air. You're ready to get something to look forward to in the diary but need to be confident that you and your booking will be safe. This is why we have been working in conjunction with the properties in our portfolio to ensure you are offered meaningful protection and reassurance.
Things are changing regularly, so looking at next summer's holiday might seem far away right now. Our team however are constantly keeping in touch with the travel regulations of governments across Europe and will only recommend properties with booking protections that you are comfortable with.
Throughout our portfolio we're seeing unprecedented flexible booking terms and Coronavirus protection, and whilst they vary by property, many are offering a refund or credit note for future holidays if travel is not possible. We will always clearly and precisely explain these to you for any chalet that's of interest.
Our experienced team will be delighted to expand on this and answer any of your questions, as well as exploring our portfolio for your perfect chalet should you wish. Give us a call on +44 (0) 1202 203659 or drop us an email to start a conversation. Our team of specialists are currently working remotely, however we can still be reached by phone every weekday between 9am and 6pm GMT, and via email every evening and weekend, so you can be sure you'll receive the same tailored and responsive service we've always been known for. If you'd prefer to leave us a voicemail message over the weekend, we will be picking these up and will come back to you as soon as possible.
