Brunnenhof 11 is a spacious apartment in the renowned ski resort of Lech. Built in a chic modern alpine style, the apartment can sleep up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms, perfect for a family or group of friends looking to spend their luxury ski holiday in Austria. Brunnenhof 11 is located on the third-floor of the luxury Brunnenhof Residence, a modern complex made up of 14 quality apartments and an elegant shared wellness area.

Upon entering, you will be welcomed in the main hub of the property, where a careful use of reclaimed wood creates a cosy yet spacious ambience. Located in the middle of the living area, an elegant fireplace divides the space in two. On one side a comfortable sofa sets the perfect atmosphere where to catch up with one another, while on the other a dining table seating 10 people is characterised by a unique pair of antlers incorporated into a chandelier. From here, step outside through the glass patio doors and take in the stunning landscape of the Austrian resort, while relaxing with a glass of wine.

Adjacent to the dining area, there is a beautiful modern fully-equipped kitchen, perfect to prepare meals while still being involved in the group's conversations. On the opposite side, a cosy wooden alcove with bench and antique chairs is ideal for children's early suppers or for a card game.

The modern alpine design is also recalled throughout the four en-suite bedrooms of Brunnenhof 11. All decorated with a similar style and calming tones, they guarantee a good night of rest. Two of the double bedrooms benefit from direct access onto the shared terrace, from the large French doors, allowing for natural light to flood in during the day. The apartment also features a spacious bunk bedroom, with two sets of adult-sized bunk beds, sleeping up to four guests and offering a small seating area with a comfortable sofa.

Comfort and luxury are the main highlights of the Brunnenhof Residence. The property offers all guests the use of the shared spa facilities, ensuring that you will be able to unwind and relax completely during your stay. The spa features a large swimming pool, traditional hammam and sauna, just perfect to ease any weary legs after a long hike!

For additional convenience, the residence also offers shared bike storage and laundry facilities. For self-driving guests, Brunnenhof 11 also includes one parking space.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

The chalet is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
