The Property

The Nidus Apartment 1 is an incredible apartment for your summer holiday in Lech. It is contemporary and minimal in design giving it a spacious, tranquil atmosphere.

You will enter the property into a spacious open dining and living area, beautifully lit and neutrally decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your next self-catered holiday. The dining table easily accommodates six and the living room has a sumptuous, striking sofa giving the space a vibrant feel. There is a TV for cosy nights in and outside access via a floor to ceiling glass door.

At the far end of the hallway is an elegant master bedroom with exclusive access to the outside terrace area through the large glass doors. Following is the children`s bunk room with two generously sized bunk beds, a TV and plenty of storage.

Just off the living area is a further double room with a comfortable king size bed. There is also a guest WC and a bathroom, beautifully finished and complete with a large bath, sublime for a post-mountain soak.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 6 guests on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
