The Falcon Chalet is a luxury summer chalet in Lech, a beautiful authentic mountain home that combines elegant alpine interiors with classic Austrian touches. Sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children in its four luxurious bedrooms, this spacious 450m² chalet provides guests with a great location near the centre of Lech and a wealth of comfortable areas for relaxation, including a spa with hot tub and sauna.

Across the top floor of The Falcon Chalet, guests will discover the chalet's living room and kitchen-dining area. The dining room is the main showcase of The Falcon Chalet. With glorious vaulted wooden ceilings and beneath an elegant antler chandelier, a spacious central table plays host to up to 10 guests for delicious banquets between family and friends. A stylish feature fireplace adds to the authentic ambience, a tiled stove that features classic artwork of local flora and fauna. Separated from the space by a classy breakfast bar is the chalet's elegant kitchen. Blending seamlessly into the wooden interior design, with sleek and spacious countertops, the kitchen is fully-equipped for the culinary talents of you or your own private chef. The intimate lounge area is ideal for unwinding after dinner, tucked away across the hall from the dining room. A deep and sumptuous sofa nestles into the nooks of the living room wall, a great spot to curl up with a book or in front of the lounge's television.

Leading off from the lounge and dining rooms is a chalet-spanning balcony, allowing for a spot of fresh mountain air between courses at dinnertime. Located a floor below, The Falcon Chalet features an expansive terrace area, a further outdoor space to make the most of the gorgeous summer weather and pretty mountain views.

The Falcon Chalet enjoys the luxury of its own spa area, nestled just off the entrance hall on the chalet's bottom floor. This wellness area epitomises elegance. Marble floors juxtapose aesthetically with wooden walls, candles and incense foster a calming and intimate atmosphere. A selection of seating areas provides space to relax, including one nestled in its own private room. With the bubbling warmth of an indoor hot tub and revitalising effects of the chalet's sauna, along with a refreshing walk-in shower to cool off, it's the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the mountains.

Three double bedrooms and a children's bunk room provide space for a total of 8 guests at The Falcon Chalet. The bedrooms have the welcoming feel of a cosy log cabin, while florid embellishments and stately wood panelling contribute to a classy design. The three double rooms on the first floor all provide direct access to the chalet's terrace, while all rooms are appointed with a lavish en-suite, complete with walk-in showers, and a bathtub for the Master suite.

There is covered parking for 3 cars beneath the building's overhanging middle floor. The Falcon Chalet also has an internal elevator for ease of access between the chalet's three floors.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests with the services of a host and housekeeper for daily breakfast preparation and housekeeping.
