The living areas of Chalet Julisam occupy the top floor, exhibiting a spectacle of elegance and understated luxury, with a clean and sharp design and furnished to the highest of standards. A wraparound glass facade brings in natural light and unveils a spellbinding panorama of the Leogang valley and its mountain landscape. The living area is open-plan, with a plush rounded sofa that sits upon a circular rotating platform, allowing you to position yourself towards the spectacular views or the other living spaces inside. A 10-seater dining table can be found beneath a chic light fixture of golden petals, which sits next to a fully-equipped open kitchen. There is also a self-playing Yamaha grand piano, which provides soothing melodies as you dine, drink and relax.
The outdoor areas of Chalet Julisam are where the chalet truly excels for a summer holiday in Leogang. An extensive balcony provides incredible scenery, as well as space for alfresco dining and BBQs. There's also an outdoor firepit and lounge seating, meaning you can utilise the space well into the night. Chalet Julisam also has over 400m² of garden areas to be explored, with a trampoline, outdoor playgrounds, small football pitch, slide and sandpit sure to delight children.
Located on the bottom floor, Chalet Julisam's wellness space includes a 14m indoor swimming pool, where a gorgeous waterfall feature cascades from the ceiling. For relaxing soaks, you will also find indoor and outdoor hot tubs, while rejuvenating your muscles after a long day of hiking calls for a stint in the designer KLAFS sauna. Children will find plenty of entertainment when not in the pool through the water fountain jets shooting up from the floor, or with the interactive virtual aquarium. Chalet Julisam also features its own gym, as well as an indoor bouldering wall, the perfect warm-up for the 1000+ climbing routes in the region.
The wellness level of Chalet Julisam also includes a bespoke cinema room, complete with state-of-the-art equipment and recliner loungers to enjoy a home theatre experience. Games consoles provide further entertainment, as does the chalet's table football table. There are charming Wehrfritz playhouses for children to enjoy.
Chalet Julisam sleeps up to 10 guests total, accommodated in five elegant double bedrooms on the chalet's middle floor. The bedrooms are spacious and graceful, a quality arrangement that provides comfort and luxury. A range of features are available to offer the perfect night's sleep, including height-adjustable beds, blackout curtains and sound-insulated doors. These lavish suites all have an en-suite shower room, with one decadent bedroom enjoying a golden freestanding bathtub that sits in front of floor-to-ceiling windows and magical mountain views.
Guests of Chalet Julisam have use of 10 underground parking spaces. The chalet has elevator access across its three levels and is air-conditioned throughout.
Chalet Julisam is an eco-friendly property. The chalet generates its own electricity through solar panels and geothermal heat pumps, with triple thermal insulation glazing maintaining temperature within the chalet. This means Chalet Julisam can run a completely CO2-free operation. A small portion of your booking fee will also go towards a charity organisation that aims to help families who are less fortunate.
For larger groups of up to 20 guests, Chalet Julisam can be taken with its guest building as the Julisam Estate.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered with full staff services including a private chef for breakfast lunch and dinner preparations, service staff, in-resort chauffeur and daily housekeeping. Food and drink charged in addition.
The chalet can also be booked on an accommodation only basis, where you can design an à la carte package as desired.
Chalet Julisam sits on the hillside of Leogang with some of the most impressive panoramic views of the mountains and valley below.
The Steinbergbahn gondola is located just a 7 minute drive away, or the Asitz gondola is 10 minutes away, both of which run through the summer and give you access to a variety of hiking and biking trails. The Epic Bikepark Leogang is found at the bottom of the Asitz gondola station.
Leogang, spreading along the valley, offers a variety of local shops, amenities and restaurants for guests to enjoy. Taking just 5 minutes to be down the resort level with the chauffeur, you can enjoy the town in a matter of moments.
Golf lover's will be well served with 7 courses all within a 30 minute drive of the chalet, with the nearest Golfplatz Urslautal Saalfelden and Golf Club Gut Brandlhof being just a 15-20 minutes drive away.
