Chalet Serena is a modern luxury chalet in a peaceful area of Chamonix that has everything you could possibly wish for on a luxury summer holiday in the Alps. Incredible Mont Blanc, fantastic outdoor south-facing space and a veritable treasure trove of facilities makes this a fantastic chalet for families, friends and corporate groups alike. Spread over three floors and 550m² of space, Chalet Serena can sleep up to 14 guests in 7 double/twin bedrooms.

Bright and friendly would be the best way to describe the main living area of Chalet Serena. Located on the ground floor of the chalet, the sunken living room provides a luxurious spot for socialising, with a feature stone fireplace and décor that pays homage to the mountain environment the chalet calls home. Picture windows surround the giant sofa, bathing the room with natural light and providing incredible views of the imposing mountains. A formal dining table sits the other side of the fireplace, with a closed off kitchen beside in which you can prepare some delicious culinary treats. In this vast space you can also find a study area and a bar, where you can craft some refreshing cocktails before heading out with them onto the expansive terrace and balconies in which to bask in the warmth of an Alpine summer.

On the spacious south-facing terrace and balconies, not only can you enjoy the delight of the summer sunshine and the magnificence of Mont Blanc across from you, but also some of Chalet Serena's impressive spa facilities. A swimming pool on the terrace features a jet stream and an integrated Jacuzzi. If that weren't enough, a second Jacuzzi can also be found close by, which benefits from the same incredible panoramic views. Further wellness and relaxation can be experienced by heading to the chalet basement, where, in addition to a sauna and steam room, you will also discover a massage room for pampering treatments.

For children, and adults too, the chalet has some impressive areas for keeping all guests entertained. Head down to the basement, not via the stairs but down the slide that runs from the floor above just beside the kitchen and into Chalet Serena's games room. Arcade games, table football and bar billiards offer fun exploits and exciting competition for all ages. Next door, a TV lounge with games console and beanbag chairs is sure to provide hours of fun.

Chalet Serena sleeps 14 guests in total across seven double bedrooms. Every bedroom can also be configured as a twin room and all rooms are south-facing, with direct terrace or balcony access and en-suite bathrooms. This makes the chalet ideal for any mixture of groups, and allows you to maximise time spent outdoors. You will find three of the bedrooms located on the ground floor, granting access to the pool terrace, while the remaining four are located on the floor above. For those looking for a bit of extra privacy, there is a bedroom on the first floor a little bit separate from the others, with a private balcony and bathtub in the bedroom.

Chalet Serena also comes with a garage with storage space, perfect for guests wishing to drive to the chalet and keep any bikes and mountaineering equipment that they might use on a summer holiday in Chamonix.

Price is for exclusive use of the chalet on a self catered basis to include mid-week housekeeping. Please note, there is a €5,000 Security deposit required for this property.
