Location

Four Twenty L'Élé is just a few minutes drive from Morzine centre and is also a few minutes from the beautiful village of Montriond.

Walking to and from Morzine centre via the pedestrianised suspension bridge takes approximately 15 minutes with a lovely walk along the valley.

The Property

Four Twenty L'Elé is a masterpiece in architecture and design, having been transformed in 2017 from a tradition horse stable into a stunning, modern chalet. Floor-to-ceiling windows, industrial influenced features and designer fixtures and furnishings make this property a calm and beautiful place to enjoy your winter or summer holiday in Morzine.

This luxury chalet is suitable for both families and multi-generation groups. There are two designated living quarters, each with their own open living area, complete with kitchen and dining table.

You'll enter the chalet at the first floor, and will be welcomed into the open living area, perfectly positioned to appreciate the views from floor to ceiling glass doors. Feel free to cosy up in front of the feature wood burning stove and admire the views of the garden and Parc des Dérêches.

Both kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catered holiday, including a washer and dryer. The dining tables and kitchens are both open to their living areas, making it a very sociable environment.

A beautiful glass stair case will guide you to the second floor with 3 bedrooms. The master suite over looks the living area, and has a large king sized bed. The en-suite has both a stunning free standing bath, and separate shower. In addition to this, the other two bedrooms are complete with en-suite showers and can be configured as a twin or king bed.

The ground floor living area is also complete with a wood burning stove and private balcony. The further 2 large en-suite bedrooms can be configured as a king or twin, and the extra large sofa in the living room doubles as a sofa bed if required.

Four Twenty L'Ele can be split into Chalet Bobb and Apartment Deux Chevaux, but opens up to create one large chalet, providing their guests the best of both worlds.

For those seeking a summer holiday house, we provide all of the housekeeping, concierge and preparation for your visits as and when you require them. We are on hand to arrange your groceries, transfers and any other requirements you may have before and throughout each visit.

For those who wish to have a catered chalet in the summer months you will find exactly the same service that we provide in the winter ski season. Your private chef and host will see to all your needs during your stay and your private driver will be available at all times to take you around the resort or on day trips as you wish.
