Perfect for families and large groups, Chalet Xanadu presents a homely stay for a summer holiday in Morzine. Sleeping 14–20 guests, and highlighting a real alpine home-from-home feel amongst vaulted ceilings, beautifully decorated interiors and luxury wellness, makes this Morzine chalet an enviable choice for a summer in the Portes du Soleil.

Chalet Xanadu is split across 6 levels. A popular option for large groups, the chalet features spacious, open-plan living areas that still retain a cosy feel. The main living floor promises to be a hit with the whole family. High ceilings and large windows feature, combining with lightly complementing wood tones to establish a spacious feel. Comfortable, homely furnishings are fitted throughout, including sofas and armchairs perfectly set up for conversation. A stone fireplace sits in the corner for chillier nights. In the evenings, a wooden table seats 14 guests for meals inside. A stylish, modern kitchen presents plenty of room for meal preparations at the back of the room, complete with a long breakfast bar and barstools, for social drinks and cooking. Adjacent to this is a TV snug corner, to keep children occupied after dinner.

A large, wraparound balcony leads out of the main living floor, through sliding glass doors, affording far-reaching views to the Pléney and Pointe de Nyon in the distance. Perfect for summer, Chalet Xanadu also features further outdoor space on a wooden decked terrace. This spot offers plenty of seating, on loungers, benches and a small table, to make the most of being located in Morzine's sunny L'Élé area.

For relaxation, Chalet Xanadu offers both an outdoor hot tub and sauna to help you unwind. The back of the hot tub has been cleverly sheltered from properties behind the chalet, letting you enjoy the bubbles and views in a more private setting. Whilst the adults make full use of the luxury wellness facilities available in the chalet, little ones may wish to head up to the kids' den on the mezzanine floor, letting imaginations run wild in their secret hideaway.

In total, Chalet Xanadu sleeps 14-20 guests across its 6 bedrooms. Each room maintains the chalet's homely atmosphere, decorated with simplistic, neutral tones and wooden interiors. The master double suite comes complete with a terrace and outdoor furniture, perfect for alfresco mornings. A quad double bunk bedroom is also found on this level, suitable for family summer holidays, sleeping up to 8 guests. The remaining double bedrooms are split between the chalet's third and fifth levels, three of which can be configured as double or twin beds for flexibility. There is also the option to add 2 extra guests in the kids' den on the mezzanine floor.

For convenience, this Morzine chalet has a boot room, bike storage facilities, laundry facilities, garage storage and 6 outdoor parking spaces. There's also a desk, next to the front door, to offer space for any guests needing to catch up on work. A sound system in the living area lets you holiday to the sounds of your own playlist.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 20 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.
