Located above the village of Saint-Nicolas de Véroce, St Gervais, Chalet Carline can sleep up to 14 guests across 6 bedrooms covering 3 floors. Offering 225m² of space, this is a brilliant chalet for those looking to be in the heart of the mountains, surrounded by countryside.
Chalet Carline is filled with alpine charm, rustic features and a contemporary twist. The main living room, located on the ground floor of the chalet, is spacious and homely, thanks to the open fireplace complimenting the neutral soft furnishings. There are a selection of seating areas in this room, one sofa positioned towards the TV and another seating area surrounded by coffee tables, perfect for discussing the day's activities as a family or group of friends. Also, on this floor is a dining room and kitchen area, accessed via an open archway off the living room. This open plan design has been created with entertaining in mind, allowing guests to cook at the same time as socialising with others. Chalet Carline also has an outdoor terrace, which can be accessed from the main living room. This is a great place to soak up the sun, or enjoy dinner alfresco style.
The first floor consists of 5 bedrooms, two of which can be arranged as either a double or twin room, and the remaining three bedrooms are fixed doubles. The 6th bedroom is located on the top floor of Carline, a dormitory which happens to be the perfect space for a group of children. Each bedroom has either an en-suite bathroom or shower room and is decorated in a traditional style, yet colourful and luxurious.
Guests staying in Chalet Carline have access to a shared wellness chalet located within the hamlet. Here, there is an indoor jacuzzi, sauna and a treatment room should you need to soothe any achy muscles.
Chalet Carline can be taken alongside Chalet Silene and Chalet Aster to sleep up to 36 guests. Although the chalets aren't connected internally, they are located next door to each other, so could be a great option for larger groups looking to spend time together, but also have their own privacy.
When staying at Chalet Carline, you also can benefit from the use of the luxury Hotel Armancette, facilities and spa, in the village. The hotel is a 8-minute drive away from the hamlet and the hotel can arrange to pick you up and drop you off to make use of their services. They have a range of facilities including a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds, an indoor overflow hot tub, two outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, steam room and gym, restaurant and bar.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping and access to the shared well-being chalet and facilities at Hotel L'Armancette.

Chalet Carline sits in an exclusive hamlet of 4 chalets in the Plateau de la Croix (1,450m) above the village of Saint-Nicolas de Véroce (1150m) where the sister hotel, L'Armancette is also located. This is an ideal base for groups who want to be away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy tranquillity but also be within close proximity to some of the best hiking trails in the area. For example the Plateau de la Croix loop which takes 2 hours, and a tour from the Plateau de la Croix to the Bettex gondola, taking 3 hours and 30 minutes.
As well as having walking routes and mountain bike trails on your doorstep, the chalet is only a 15 minutes' drive from the traditional village of St Gervais and 8 minutes’ drive away from the village of Saint-Nicolas de Véroce, where there there are a range of restaurants, bars and other summer activities to enjoy. Should guests prefer to explore further afield, then Megève is just 20 minutes away.

An important aim of the staff at the l’Armancette Hotel*****, Chalets & Spa is offering a genuine and caring welcome where guests have a memorable stay in the most authentic environment. When taking one of the three chalets within the Plateau de la Croix area of St Gervais, guests have access to the facilities within their private property as well as the hotel facilities at L'Armancette, in the village.
When arriving at the chalet for a self-catered stay, linen, towels and toiletries are provided, with housekeeping taking place for 3 hours each day. On arrival and departure days, a shuttle service is provided to and from the chalet and hotel, where check in and check out will take place. Should guests like to visit the hotel at any other point during their stay, then a driver can be arranged for a supplement. Within the chalet itself, guests have access to a wine cellar, where there a selection of wines and soft drinks are also provided.
Included with the rental is a comprehensive concierge service for arranging any additional services you may require when in resort. Should guests prefer the catered experience, a chef for breakfast and dinner can be sourced, as well as a meal delivery service for those who'd rather not cook. Other services include; transfers, babysitting, massages, driver service, taxis, hiking guides, passes and equipment hire.
