Chalet Akaroa is adeptly situated in a prime location for luxury summer holidays in Livigno, featuring five sumptuous alpine bedrooms that welcome between 8 and 13 guests. In addition to its great location, the chalet includes a wealth of brilliant spa facilities and an eco-friendly design of a luxurious alpine style.
The ground, and middle, of Chalet Akaroa's three floors house its luxurious main living space. An open-plan room with natural wood interiors contains the main lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Bold, contemporary sofa seating gather in front of a corner TV and fireplace. A dining area sits adjacent, which backs onto the stylish, well-equipped kitchen. A wine rack offers a range of interesting options to pair with evening meals, while a breakfast bar across the kitchen can provide up to 4 additional seats for dining. Sliding glass doors open from the lounge to introduce you to the chalet's terrace and garden space, a great spot for relaxing during the day and making the most of the summer sun.
A sumptuous spa area on Chalet Akaroa's lowest level has all you could need for a soothing spot of wellness treatments. A swim-spa provides massage jets for relaxing, and a counter-current for exercise. For a more indulgent soak, an outdoor hot tub can be found in an enclosed garden space, providing total privacy and relaxation. The spa also includes a sauna, Hammam, massage room, and emotional showers. Built with natural materials, this harmonious space is the perfect area to unwind after a busy day exploring all that Livigno in summer has to offer.
There are five bedrooms to Chalet Akaroa, sleeping between 8 and 13 guests. Traditional stone and wood interiors meet luxurious furnishings and features in these comfortable and welcoming bedrooms. There are four double rooms and a bunk bedroom, spread across the chalet's floors. While each room has a very similar style, the addition of fireplaces, private or shared balconies, a sauna, mezzanines with extra beds and lavish walk-in double showers means each room is unique in its provisions.
The chalet has garage parking for up to 2 cars, along with an EV charging point. For your convenience, an elevator travels between the three main levels of the property, only missing out on the double room in the attic level above the first floor. Laundry facilities and a boot room can also be found on site.
For larger groups of between 16 and 24 guests, Chalet Akaroa is conveniently located next door to a sister chalet, Chalet Akon.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 13 guests and is offered on a self catered basis only. Two additional guests can be accommodated on request.

Chalet Akaroa is a luxury chalet in Livigno, located at the top end of the resort, a short distance to both the main high streets and all the major summer activities in Livigno.
There are hundreds of kilometres of hiking and biking trails in Livigno, with the chalet just 10-minutes walk from the lifts for the Carosello side of the valley. It is just a 5-minute cycle to reach the Mottolino Cable Car, with access to the Mottolino Bike Park. The Livigno Lake is found away from the main town, a few minutes drive or 15-minute walk north from the chalet. This is also where you will find Aquagranda, a large sports, spa and swimming complex.
The central street of Livigno, Via Plan, is located an 11-minute walk from the chalet. This is the main shopping street, along which you will find dozens of shops and many restaurants and bars. However, there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops starting within a 2-minute walk from the chalet, leaving you plenty of choice.
