Ultima Gstaad is a luxury hotel and residence complex in a prime position for a summer holiday in the mountains. There are 6 incredible residences in total, which provide the ideal combination of private living and the services and facilities of a luxury 5* hotel. Three of these 6 residences have three bedrooms, and one of these is The Royal Residence, charged at a premium.
The three bedroom residences consist of a large lounge space with modern soft furnishings and elegant design, that can be recognised throughout the Ultima Gstaad Hotel. This provides the perfect space for relaxing after a day exploring or mooching around the shops in Gstaad centre. Each of the apartments have multiple windows allowing natural light to floor in, complimenting the traditional wooden beams. In the same open-plan space, you will find a dining room table that can seat 8 guests at one time, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools.
The apartments within Ultima each have their own terraces or balconies, perfect for sitting outside in the warm mountain air. Apartment No 11 on the ground floor offers a private Jacuzzi on its terrace. The Royal Residence is on the second floor and has 260m²of living space.
Designed with privacy in mind, each of the residences have three double rooms with an en-suite bath or shower room, as well as a dressing area. Each bedroom has air conditioning fitted to keep you cool during the warmer summer season. Should you be larger than 6 guests, then an extra bed can be added on request.
As well as the private facilities in each apartment, guests staying in an Ultima Gstaad Residence can take advantage of the facilities of Ultima Gstaad Hotel, which features incredible services and amenities. You can enjoy an incredible spa with a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, Hammam and gym. Alternatively, book in a beauty treatment in their renowned and state-of-the-art clinic. The hotel also has a gourmet restaurant, a selection of bars and a lobby with 24 hour concierge for booking your summer activities.
Prices are based on exclusive use of a three bedroom residence to include daily complimentary breakfast, housekeeping and full use of the Ultima Hotel facilities and spa. The Royal Residence can be rented for a supplement, please enquire.

For any bookings made 90 days in advance, a 10% discount is applicable and for any bookings made 60 days in advance, a 5% discount is applicable. Please note that these rates are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable for any reason.
The Ultima Residences, alongside the Ultima Gstaad Hotel, is situated a 10 minute walk away from the centre of Gstaad, a picturesque town with a range of designer shops, numerous art galleries and museums, and high-end restaurants to experience.
With over 300km of hiking trails, Gstaad is an ideal base to get out and explore the mountains. The Eggli gondola is just 600m from the residence, taking 8 minutes to walk to. The sport centre is 10 minutes walk away and train station 20 minutes walk away. Everything is an easy reach from the Ultima.
