Situated on the first floor of the residence, Brunnenhof 3 is spread across 145m², characterised by a sleek and sophisticated interior design, making the perfect place where to entertain and relax. Large and comfortable sofas, seating up to six people, shape the apartment's living area, being the ideal spot to socialise in or enjoy your favourite film with your group. To the other side of the living area, a classy dining table awaits you to enjoy your evening's delicacies, while the modern electric fireplace creates the perfect atmosphere for a cosy dinner in. Nearby, a fully-equipped modern kitchen is ready for the nominated cook of the group to test out their culinary skills.
Perfect for the summer months, the living area offers full length windows and patio doors leading out onto the private balcony. Open the doors wide and enjoy a breath of fresh air and gentle mountain breeze into the property. Outside, the balcony is the perfect spot to take in the stunning mountain views, while enjoying an alfresco apéritif with your family.
The sophisticated alpine design is also followed into the three spacious bedroom, all similarly decorated to ensure a well-deserved sleep. The master bedroom benefits from a large space with a beautiful en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Brunnenhof 3 also features two spacious double bedrooms, both including en-suite shower rooms. For extra convenience, these two rooms can also be arranged as twin, if better for your group make up.
