Upon entering the top floor, several windows enhance the living space with natural light: here, comfortable sofas and a modern fireplace create the perfect setting to catch up with one another after an intensive day of biking in Chamonix. Head towards the middle of the room, where a classy round dining table, suitable for 8 guests, is ready for you to enjoy meals all together. At the very back, a fully-equipped modern kitchen is ready for the cook of the group to prepare delicious homemade meals. Alternatively, venture into the centre of the resort to sample a taste of the local cuisine offered by the best bars and restaurants in Chamonix.
Step out through the large patio doors onto the chalet's balcony and take advantage of the spacious outdoor seating area, ideal to enjoy alfresco apéritifs while taking in the stunning mountain views of the Mont Blanc and Le Drus. Perfect for those hot summer days, make use of the chalet's private garden, where outdoor furniture is perfectly positioned to enjoy barbecues with all the group with a stunning mountain backdrop. Here, kids will find plenty of space where to run around and play, while you relax in the nearby wellness area.
For your post cycling relaxation, Chalet Black Wood offers a cosy garden cabin, where a small private spa will be available for you to relax in style. Immerse yourself in the bubbles of the indoor hot tub while unwinding with a good glass of Champagne, or soothe any achy muscles in the nearby wooden sauna.
Chalet Black Wood features three luxurious bedrooms, where the use of old wood and stylish furniture recalls the style used throughout the property. On the ground floor, guests will find two double bedrooms, one of which is complete of its own en-suite bathroom. Close by, a cosy bunk bedroom, sleeping up to 4 children, shares the shower room with the second double bedroom. This results an ideal option for two families seeking to spend their luxury summer holiday in Chamonix. For additional convenience, the two double bedrooms can also be organised as twins.
For self-driving guests, Chalet Black Wood provides a double garage. A bike storage room and laundry facilities are also included.

Located in the Les Bois area of Chamonix, Chalet Black Wood is nestled amongst the trees and offers amazing mountain views. Whilst benefitting from a quieter location, the chalet is still conveniently positioned to make the most of your luxury summer holiday in the Mont Blanc region.
The popular Aigulle du Midi cable car is approximately 10 minutes drive away, which will take you to breath-taking hiking paths with spectacular views over the Mont Blanc region. Reach the top station and then take the Mont Blanc lift for a panoramic tour, over to the Italian side of the mountain. The Flégère lift is just a short 4-minute drive away, whilst Argentière can be reached in 10 minutes. Hiking and biking trails are easily accessed, about 50 meters from the property. For golf lovers, the Chamonix Golf Club is also a 4 minutes drive away from the chalet.
The centre of town, which has a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants, can be reached in 6 minutes by car, or alternatively hop on the bus shuttle at Les Praz/Flégère just 12 minutes walk away.

All guests will also receive a bus & train pass to easily navigate the resort.
