Built with luxury in mind, the owners of Goldilocks have incorporated the traditional chalet style with a modern twist to provide a perfect retreat for a group of friends, or families alike. Across five floors and five bedrooms, the chalet can sleep up to 12 guests.
Situated on the mezzanine of the top floor of the property is a spacious living area, with floor to ceiling windows and a selection of neutral furniture. From these windows, there are stunning views across Morzine and the surrounding mountains. However, to see these views in more detail, step out onto the sun-trapped wrap around balcony and relax on the comfy outdoor seating.
Downstairs from the mezzanine is where the kitchen and dining area is located, again with large windows letting the sunshine flood in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for a self-catered stay in Morzine, whilst the dining table and bar stools provide enough space for the whole group to dine together. From this space, there are doors that open onto another terrace area with dining room table and chairs, perfect for a spot of alfresco dining.
Out the back of the chalet there is a hot tub, barrel sauna and fire pit, and across other floors, guests also have access to a 12-person cinema room with cocktail bar, and a small gym.
Across 5 bedrooms, Goldilocks can comfortably sleep 10 - 12 guests. The majority of the bedrooms are situated on the second floor, including one master bedroom and three further super-kings bedrooms. Two have their own private balcony, whilst the other two rooms share a balcony. On the first floor, is a double/twin bedroom with an additional mezzanine beds sleeping an additional two children. Each of the bedrooms are en-suite, with either a shower or bath. For convenience, there is also a lift to access the first three floors of the chalet.
On the ground floor of the chalet, where you enter the property, there is a boot room to store your outdoor essentials. From here, there is also a lift to access the first three floors of the chalet.
For groups wishing to be close to one another, there is a sister property, Three Bears, sleeping 6 - 8 guests, which sits next door.
Prices are based on taking exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 adults and 2 children on a self-catered basis.

Goldilocks is situated on the mountainside, with stunning views of the Morzine Valley, yet only a short stroll from the centre of town. From the chalet, it is roughly a 10 minute walk into Morzine via the suspension bridge, here you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars, with a great atmosphere during the summer months. Morzine also has an excellent outdoor swimming facility in town, which is a popular choice with families.
For those looking to experience the summer activities available to them, The Super Morzine and Pléney are also within a 10 - 15-minute walk from the chalet. The surrounding area also offers the opportunity to experience other activities such as white water rafting, canyoning, kayaking, golf, and relaxing around Lac Montriond, all within a short drive from the chalet.
