The Property

Three Bears is a beautifully finished alpine chalet in an idyllic location within Morzine that benefits from the fantastic views across the valley. With three bedrooms for 6-8 guests, it attracts small groups of friends and families looking to spend their luxury summer holiday in the Portes du Soleil.

On the upper floor of the chalet, you will find the living and dining area, split across two open plan floors. The lounge is wonderfully bright with large floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise both natural light and the scenic views surrounding the property. High wooden ceilings above the lounge help to further elevate this spacious, social setting. Head up a short staircase, and you are welcomed by a beautiful modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and large oval dining table for mealtimes. The kitchen is well-equipped for you to enjoy a self-catered stay with ease.

On those warm summer days, head outside and take advantage of the large terrace with its outdoor dining area and comfy seating, ideal for lovely alfresco dinners whilst admiring the views, or sunbathing with an impressive backdrop! Also, on the balcony is the outdoor hot tub, suitable for 4 guests to relax in at one time. Simply treat your legs to a warm soak while sipping a glass of champagne.

In total, Three Bears can sleep up to eight guests across three spacious en-suite bedrooms that are located on the lower floor of the property. Charming and authentic alpine designs are maintained throughout each room to create an elegant feel for guests. The three bedrooms include a master bedroom with its own private balcony to host any late evenings before bed, a second double bedroom, and a bunk room sleeping 4 guests. The latter two rooms share a balcony.

There is also a boot room at Three Bears for you to use as storage space during your stay.

For groups wishing to be close to one another, there is a sister property, Goldilocks, sleeping 10-12 guests, which sits next door.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis.

Please note, 7-night stays are priced at €4,750 throughout the entire season. Flexible dates are possible on request, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
