The apartment is located on the ground-floor of the Balegia Residence, a modern designed building composed of four apartments and one penthouse. Offering comfortable and relaxing spaces, this one-bedroom apartment showcases contemporary interiors yet still transmitting a chalet charm.

After a busy day of hiking in Lech, you will be looking forward to coming back to the apartment's open-plan living and dining area. Soft lighting, sleek furnishings and elegant design allow you to rest in a cosy setting. A classy dining table, seating four guests, is carefully positioned in front of the balcony doors, allowing you to admire the beautiful scenery in the background. Step outside onto the spacious balcony to take in even more the beautiful mountain views of Lech's surroundings.

Balegia Apartment 1 also features a small fully-equipped modern kitchen, to prepare family meals in. Alternatively, venture to the centre of the resort, and enjoy tasting local dishes in the best summer restaurants in Lech.

The apartment includes one spacious en-suite bedroom designed with modern and carefully chosen interiors, with natural light flooding in from the large window. It can be arranged as either double or twin, making it flexible to accommodate guests' needs.

For extra convenience, Balegia Apartement 1 also provides a bike and boots storage. For self-driving guests, there is outdoor parking suitable for one car.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 2 guests on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
