Apartment Côté Confins creates a cosy alpine setting to enjoy a summer holiday in La Clusaz. Across 200m², this three-floor property blends a careful mix of traditional and contemporary living, ideal for friends, families and corporate groups. Accommodating up to 13 guests, across its six bedrooms, there's even an outdoor hot tub and shared access to a sauna, that's sure to be a hit with all group members!

Under the eaves of the property, Apartment Côté Confins' main open-plan living area uncovers a mountain hideaway feel. Traditional alpine elements feature, such as slanted wooden ceilings and an exposed fireplace, to beautifully offset touches of simple, modern luxury. A seating area sits beside the fireplace, TV and a large skylight, with views out to mountain scenery. A multitude of ornaments and artwork also decorate these areas, to provide a touch of home comforts. On the other side of the floor lies a large wooden dining table and kitchen, perfect for hosting home-cooked meals.

Perfect for summer, Apartment Côté Confins' balconies and terraces afford views of the surrounding mountains and Aravis Valley. Two outdoor areas lead out from opposite ends of the main living floor, suitable for an evening drink following dinner. However, the apartment's middle floor terrace is the real place to be in summer, with its outdoor hot tub offering pure relaxation under the mountain sun.

Six contemporary alpine bedrooms accommodate for up to 13 guests, split between the Apartment Côté Confins' first and second floors. Distinct royal colours have been harmoniously incorporated with the apartment's traditional wooden design, showcasing a similar style that's fluid throughout the rest of the property's interiors. For convenience, en-suite facilities adjoin all bedrooms. To meet guest requirements, all bedrooms, except the master suite, can also be arranged into twin bed set-ups. An additional single bed features in one of the second floor's double bedrooms, also with access to the Jacuzzi terrace.

Guests staying at Apartment Côté Confins can also benefit from a shared sauna, located on the chalet's ground floor. The two properties also share a garage with one car parking spaces each, as well as a boot room and laundry facilities.

For larger groups, Apartment Côté Confins can be booked in conjunction with Apartment Côté Village, sleeping up to 9 guests. When taken together as a combined property, the two make up the whole of Chalet Le Bossonnet, which can accommodate 22 guests in total across 10 bedrooms.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 13 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.
