Apartment Côté Village has everything groups of 9 guests need for a self-catered holiday in La Clusaz in summer. Spanning 150m², this cosy, three-floor apartment offers simple alpine luxury for friends and families to enjoy, which includes the use of an outdoor hot tub.

The main living area resides on Apartment Côté Village's top level, presenting an intimate space that's equipped with a TV lounge, dining table and fully-equipped kitchen. Decorated with alpine woods, neutral paintwork and homely furnishings, its design is very much typical with traditional summer chalets in the region. At one end of the room, comfortable sofas amalgamate next to a TV and charming fireplace, to unwind after a mountain day. A large wooden dining table holds the centre of this floor, suitable for evening homemade meals enjoyed as a whole group. The nearby kitchen is tucked in an alcove, for preparing meals in privacy.

Apartment Côté Village has several outdoor spaces to really appreciate your surroundings and the Aravis Valley in summer. Balconies and terraces lead out from all floors of the property. An outdoor hot tub sits on the apartment's largest terrace, on the second level, perfect for relaxing in the bubbles under blue skies.

Within the Apartment Côté Village, four cosy en-suite bedrooms comfortably accommodate for up to 9 guests. The rooms are equally split across the two lowest levels of the property and maintain a similar alpine style to the rest of the property. One of the second floor bedrooms adopts a slightly more modern and neutral design, and includes an additional single bed, in a charming alcove, that's ideal for families. For further group flexibility, three bedrooms can be split into twin bed configurations.

Guests staying at Apartment Côté Village can also benefit from a shared sauna, located on the chalet's ground floor. The two properties also share a garage with one car parking space each, as well as a boot room and laundry facilities. Outdoor parking suitable for two cars is also available.

For larger groups, Apartment Côté Village can be booked in conjunction with Apartment Côté Confins, sleeping up to 13 guests. When taken together as a combined property, the two make up the whole of Chalet Le Bossonnet, which can accommodate 22 guests in total across 10 bedrooms.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 9 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.

Location

Apartment Côté Village lies in a great position for guests to make the most of La Clusaz in summer. From the property, guests have easy access to the Beauregard gondola and Crêt du Merle chairlift, approximately 10-12 minutes on foot away. There are a number of hiking and mountain biking trails in La Clusaz that pass nearby to the apartment, should you wish to begin your summer activities immediately.

For easy access to La Clusaz's selection of bars, restaurants and shops, the resort centre is less than 10-minutes walk away, although the nearest restaurants can be found within a minute or two from the property. Also found in the resort centre, guests will have access to a range of summer activities in La Clusaz, including the summer luge run, open-air ice skating, Aravis Aqua Park and more!

Should you not drive to your luxury summer holiday in La Clusaz, a free bus service will transport you in and around resort, and the surrounding Aravis Valley.
