Apartment Chez Joseph offers simplified luxury for a self-catered stay. The main open-plan living space adopts a light and cosy atmosphere, that retains an alpine home from home feel. The sofa area exemplifies this, offering a place to perch after a day of exploring La Clusaz. A small, wood-burning stove helps to complete the look in the living room. Towards the back of this space, a modern white kitchen is tucked away to prepare homemade meals and snacks inside the property. A matching dining table will comfortably seat the entire group on cute love heart-shaped chairs, when not dining outside.
Perfect for summer, Apartment Chez Joseph has a lovely south-facing terrace which showcases stunning Aravis valley views. Ideal for alfresco lunches on the outdoor furniture, or chilled conversations in the sun, there's no better backdrop to remind you of your summer alpine settings as you venture out of the living area's large French patio doors.
In total, Apartment Chez Joseph accommodates for 6 guests across three bedrooms. Each bedroom retains a typical alpine style, through walls adorned in rustic wooden cladding and cosy furnishings. Modern shower rooms present a pleasant contrast. Three double bedrooms feature, of which two benefit from access to the apartment's terrace outside. One room takes advantage of en-suite facilities, whilst the others share a shower room and separate WC, off from the main living area.
Apartment Chez Joseph, is one of two private accommodations that make up Chalet La Douceur. When taken together as a whole property, Apartment Chez Joseph and its larger counterpart, Apartment Chez Germain can sleep up to 20 guests in total across 9 bedrooms.
The two properties share a garage with two car parking spaces each, as well as a boot room and laundry facilities.

Apartment Chez Joseph is located in a peaceful and private area on the outskirts of La Clusaz. The property benefits from a south-facing exposure and looks over to the Combe du Fernuy and the Massif de Balme. Located at the start of one of La Clusaz's hiking trails and just a 25-minute walk to Lac des Confins guests can enjoy exploring the mountains with ease. Mountain bikers can also take advantage of a number of trails close by.
For access to La Clusaz's selection of bars, restaurants and shops, the resort centre is an approximate 7-minute drive away. Also found here, guests will have access to a range of summer activities in La Clusaz, including the summer luge run, open-air ice skating, Aravis Aqua Park and more!
Should you not drive to your luxury summer holiday in La Clusaz, a free bus service will transport you in and around resort, and the surrounding Aravis Valley.

Apartment Chez Joseph is an ideal base for a small group happy to be left to their own devices for an undisturbed and relaxing self-catered stay. Prior to your arrival and during your stay, the management team are on hand to assist you with any extra holiday arrangements you may require. Let the team know if you need help sorting your anything or advice on local restaurant recommendations, and they will do their best to assist you.
Whilst self-catered, you can still expect the property to be lovingly presented ahead of your arrival with beds made ready to dive into as well as having towels, bathrobes, and slippers at your disposal. Firewood and basic kitchen essentials will be given to help start off your holiday without having to dart to the shops straight away.
